Slag Blend 30
Slag Blend 30 is a blended cement containing general purpose cement and ground granulated blast furnace slag. It is an alternative to GP Cement and is suitable for most general concrete applications.
Sunstate manufacture Slag Blend 30 by grinding portland cement clinker and gypsum in combination with mineral additions and a nominal 30% granulated blast furnace slag.
Slag Blend 30 complies with Australian Standard 3972 – Blended cement.
SL Fibre Cem
SL Fibre Cem is a special purpose cement for use in applications where a lower drying shrinkage is required. SL Fibre Cem typically has reduced early age strength characteristics as compared to GP Cement.
Sunstate manufactures SL Fibre Cem by grinding portland cement clinker and gypsum to a lower fineness than general purpose and blended cements.
SL Fibre Cem complies with Australian Standard 3972 – Shrinkage limited cement (SL).
Fine Grade Ash
Temporarily unavailable – Fine Grade Ash is a supplementary cementitious material primarily used in the manufacture of concrete and cement based products. It is suitable for most conventional building and construction applications, often improving the workability of concrete and providing enhanced durability properties.
Sunstate manufacture Fine Grade Ash by grinding selected run-of-station ash to a ‘concrete grade’ fineness.
Fine Grade Ash complies with Australian Standard 3582.1 – Supplementary cementitious materials for use with portland and blended cement, Part 1: Fly Ash.
Milled Slag
Milled Slag is a supplementary cementitious material generally used in the manufacture of concrete. It can improve a number of concrete performance characteristics and enhance the durability properties of concrete in aggressive environments.
Sunstate manufacture Milled Slag by grinding selected granulated blast furnace slag and gypsum to a suitable fineness.
Milled slag complies with Australian Standard 3582.2 – Supplementary cementitious materials for use with portland and blended cement, Part 2: Slag.
Concrete
OneMix Concrete is a mix of high quality cement, aggregate and sand formulated to achieve a compressive strength suitable for general concrete applications. This product is a convenient solution for many small concrete projects.
Rapid Set
Our OneMix Rapid Set is our fastest drying formula, made from a special blend of cement, aggregate, sand and additives designed to rapidly harden without any mixing. This quick-setting product is best suited to small jobs that require little preparation, such as setting fence posts, clothes lines and letter boxes.
Post Mix
Our One Mix Post Mix is a perfectly proportioned blend of cement, aggregate and sand especially designed for setting fence posts, logs and letterboxes into the ground. We have created this formula to develop a sturdy yet pliable consistency that can be applied to the area whilst stabilising the pole or log throughout the curing process. This ensures that your work remains level and balanced whilst the product dries and hardens.
